Dear Sir,
I have had the KHS 747 bike for about a week now and have been able to get out and ride it about 4 times. I’d like to tell you a bit about my experience so far.
I had been riding a Specialized Rockhopper XXL on some packed gravel trails here in Georgia over the summer. Because of that I decided to improve my “riding experience” and expand the possibilities to include a road bike.
After a few searches for “big and tall” bikes I found your website (and positive review after positive review) and after losing about 25 pounds and getting more tuned into cycling (after being a rower for many years) I bought the 747 from your shop.
After spending my first session on the bike making saddle adjustments and so on, I went out with a pretty speedy group of riders on Saturday and was able to keep pace with them much easier than I had anticipated. I continue to be amazed at the smooth ride and excellent fit of the bike. I think the biggest impression left on me so far is a feeling of efficiency, magnified by the longer crank arms which seem to give a sense of power that I have never felt on any other bike.
So this is just a thank you for making such a great product.
This bike is the best thing I’ve spent money on in many, many years.
